Quality is decided when the creator uploads. Always pick the highest option offered, avoid re-saving a file that was already shared through a chat app, and keep the original copy before you edit it.

When you only need the sound for a voice note or a podcast clip, choose the audio option. The result is a much smaller file that plays in every music app.

Create one folder per topic, rename each file with the creator's handle, and your saved clips stay easy to find months later.

Ask the creator first, credit them clearly, and never present someone else's work as your own. Commercial reuse needs written permission.
