Most problems come from the link itself. Work through the checks below and the download usually starts on the second try.
The link is not accepted
Copy the address from the Share menu of the app rather than typing it. A valid link contains tiktok.com. Remove any extra text or emoji that was copied with it.
The clip is private or removed
Only public posts can be saved. If the owner set the account to private, deleted the post, or limited it by region, no tool can reach it.
The download does not start on iPhone
Safari saves files to the Files app rather than the photo library. Open Files, go to Downloads, then use the share icon to move the clip to Photos.
Slow or interrupted downloads
Switch from mobile data to Wi-Fi, close other heavy tabs, and try again. A weak connection is the most common reason a large file stops halfway.
Installing the app shortcut
Use the Install button in the header. If your browser does not offer it, open the browser menu and choose Add to Home Screen.
