DMCA and Copyright Policy
We respect the work of creators and take copyright concerns seriously. This page explains what this website does and does not do with media, and how a rights holder can raise a complaint with us. Last updated: September 2026.
1. What this website does
SSSTIKTOK is a link-based utility. When a visitor pastes the address of a publicly available post, the file is prepared and delivered directly to that visitor's device. We do not upload media, we do not publish it, we do not index it for search and we do not keep a copy after the request finishes. Because of that, there is no library of files on our side to take down.
2. What we can act on
Although we host nothing, we can prevent our tool from processing a specific address, and we can remove any text or image on our own pages. If you are a rights holder and you believe our website is being used against your interests, send us a notice and we will act on it where action is technically possible.
3. How to send a copyright notice
Send your notice through our contact page, marking the subject line "Copyright notice". Incomplete notices cannot be processed, so please include all of the following:
- A clear description of the protected work you own, with a link to an authorised copy where possible.
- The exact address of the material or link that concerns you.
- Your full name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
- Proof that you own the work or are authorised to act for the owner, such as an account verification, a registration record or a company letter.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use complained of is not authorised by you, your agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that, under penalty of perjury, you are the owner or are authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
4. What happens after you write
We read every complete notice and reply to the address you give us. Where the report concerns a link that our tool can process, we add that address to a block list so the tool refuses it. Where the report concerns material on our own pages, we remove or replace it.
Where the real problem is another person republishing your work on a platform, we will explain that the copy lives with that platform and point you to its own reporting route, because only the host can remove it.
5. Counter-notice
If you believe something was blocked or removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice through the contact page. It should identify the material, state under penalty of perjury your good-faith belief that the block resulted from a mistake or misidentification, and include your name, address, telephone number, email address and signature. We will review it and restore access where the counter-notice is well founded.
6. Misuse of this procedure
A copyright notice is a legal statement. Sending a false or bad-faith notice, whether to silence criticism or to remove a competitor, may expose you to liability for costs and damages in your jurisdiction. Please be sure of your rights before you write.
7. Repeat infringers
Visitors who use this website to infringe copyright are not welcome. Where we receive repeated, well-founded complaints connected to the same visitor or the same set of addresses, we restrict access to the Service for that visitor and may report the conduct to the affected rights holder.
8. Guidance for creators and visitors
Saving a clip for private, offline viewing is a normal everyday use. Publishing someone else's clip as your own, removing their name or watermark, or using it in advertising without written permission is not. If you are a creator, the fastest protection is to keep your account private for material you never want copied, since no tool can reach a private post.
9. Timelines
We are a small independent team, not a large company with a legal department. We aim to acknowledge complete notices within a few working days and to complete our review shortly after. If your matter is urgent, say so clearly in the first line of your message.
